Bright Horizons Care Advantage(Sittercity/Years Ahead) Membership

In an effort to attract, develop and retain great people and support a productive, efficient and engaged workforce, CU-Boulder Human Resources helps facilitate a variety of programs to promote the balance between our employees’ work for the campus and their life at home. To support our employees, the campus has partnered with Bright Horizons Care Advantage.  

Sittercity is an online platform that connects our employees to pre-screened childcare providers (nannies and babysitters (full and part time), before and after school care, holiday care (i.e. spring break, summer), sick child care, infant and young child care, care for special needs children and last minute care, elder care providers, tutors, pet care providers (dog walkers and pet sitters) and housekeeping services. This Sittercity benefit provides our employees with access to a nationwide network of caregivers with profiles that include background checks, references, reviews, pictures and more.

Years Ahead is a senior care solution that will help our employees understand and find the right level of care for their aging loved ones. Years Ahead is a nationwide network of high-quality care providers, both in-home and facility-based, to meet the unique needs of families seeking care. The network includes in-home senior companions, home health aids and medical personnel, independent living facilities, assisted living facilities, memory care, and nursing homes. It also includes licensed Senior Care Advisors to assist our employees in their search for the right care. 

Eligibility

All University of Colorado Boulder and System Administration employees are eligible for this Bright Horizons Care Advantage membership. To activate your membership, navigate to the Bright Horizons Care Advantage portal for CU employees. You will need to provide your university email address and employee or student ID number.
