Our Services

Employment Services is a unit within the Department of Human Resources and provides personnel services for developing and retaining an exceptional workforce.  Our services include recruitment and assessment, position management, compensation, FLSA interpretation, personal services contract review, retention rights oversight, EEO and affirmative action guidance, background check policy administration, and employment policy interpretation and consulting.
